July was awesome . . . what can I say. It was busy and crazy and fun! Besides summer camp, swim lessons, and birthday parties, this is what we've been up to . . .
Wish I took more pictures during the 4th of July but this was all I took. This was on Aunt Kirsten's front step where we watched the parade. Great seats!
We decided to go camping up Payson canyon near where we live. However, it rained practically all summer long including on our overnighter. There was a lot of mud, a lot of bugs, but we were still happy campers.
We found the perfect camping spot and hope to go back when it isn't so wet.
My mom, my sister, and her kids came to visit for a week. Wish we could do it more often!
We adult girls played a little, but most of the time we just kept these monkeys fed and happy.
We had a Merrill family reunion this year in Bancroft, Idaho. Our reunion practically doubled the size of the town. We had a great time.

After the Merrill Reunion, the Williams family (Kelli's parents and siblings), went camping nearby for a few more days. The flies and mosquitoes were out to torment us but besides that, it was great!
We gave the kids bug catching kits to keep them busy.

We had an activity where we drew names and had to create their faces using nature on paper plates. It is about artistic as the Williams family gets.
Let's be honest, camping with kids is crazy! They are filthy and are constantly under attack by every branch, rock, and insect . . . and they love every minute of it! Here are a few of my favorite pics.
