Our Christmas season this year started off with a ton of snow . . .
a little more . . .
it wouldn't stop . . .
Of course, Cameron always goes out of town for work when the big snow storms hit so the kids and I just bundled up inside and waited for Dad to come home. No way was I going to shovel all that snow 7 months pregnant. I don't even have stomach muscles to use anymore. By this point, I was no longer dreaming of a white Christmas!

We all decorated a gingerbread house for FHE. Connor didn't make it for the grand finale (bedtime) and we didn't get any pictures of Dad's awesome architect work. He built it, we decorated it.

Before we headed to Denver for Christmas, we had a little Christmas of our own at home. Once in Denver, we . . .
played a lot with family
ate way too much of really good food

remembered our Savior as we acted out Christ's birth (Cameron - shepherd, Connor - lamb, Uncle James - Joseph, Cousin Ella -Mary, Baby Jensen - Jesus (only two weeks old), Uncle Brandon - shepherd, trying to herd our really frightened cousin Quinn - lamb)
our gorgeous angels
the perfect star
and a couple of very wisewomen
After the nativity scene, Grandad and Nana gave us all comfy pajamas.
