What Haven't We Been Doing?

It has been a busy month for us. I don't have any pictures of the Idaho trip I took with the kids because I forgot my camera but I'll try to steal some pictures from my mom later. So besides Idaho, here are a few highlights of us in July.Allie turned 4. She loves birthdays and has been talking about her fourth birthday party ever since she turned three - but we tried to keep it simple this year. Lucky for us my mom, sister, and Allie's cousins were in town to help celebrate. Allie got her first Barbie!
I made a barbie cake for Allie but I'll be honest, the thing was ugly so no close up shot this year. Lucky for me, Allie didn't seem to notice how disturbing the cake looked. She was just happy it was a cake with a barbie hanging out of it. We went to Jumping Jacks after presents and cake which is always a blast. I felt like a kid again.
We had a Toland-Woodley family reunion in Littleton, Colorado. We went to Water World, ate a ton, had quality time together. It was a great trip!
Cam's Mom took us to Molly Brown's mansion in Denver before the reunion took off. It is something I've always wanted to do there. Very interesting woman for her time.
Last Friday we had a ward campout. It was the first time we used our new (well, new to us) tent trailer given to us by Cam's mom (It was the one his family used growing up). It needed a little elbow grease before we could use it but it was well worth the hard work.
This is us with some friends from the ward on a hike the next morning. This is Maple Lake in Utah and it is beautiful (only about a half hour drive from our house).
